Nannette P. Lexington, KY	I am happy to write this recommendation. Five Stars*** I needed steps from the sidewalk to my house. My idea was to use railroad ties. I wanted a very neat looking set of steps that had a comfortable rise, and were aesthetically pleasing. A mutual friend in Berea gave me Jacob and Ziggy’s contact information.I liked them immediately. They listened to my ideas (that was novel!). They offered valuable input as to what would work for safety, comfort, and aesthetics… what was doable. In the midst of the project Ziggy figured that the fourth railroad tie step was exactly level with the deck, and the boardwalk could continue seamlessly above ground level. It turned out great! The house is midcentury modern and the square and rectangular lines of the house were emulated because of his observation/ idea. They used concrete piers. A problem with the way the concrete setup in 2 of the piers was explained to me and the situation was remedied. That was something that could have been covered up, but that’s not how they do things. I respect their honesty. When we agreed on a time and price they were there, as agreed. They worked hard. They do what they say and say what they do.They did beautiful precise work. Each 4 foot board has 8 screws, not nails. It’s really solid. All the cuts are exact. I have other projects and I hope I can hire them. I have complete confidence in their ability to do what the say, evaluate what the job requires, and accurately price it. I rate Jacob Graber and Ziggy Liloia 5 stars out of 5!**
